About the position

Our client is a well-known private Ivy League research University and Education Leader and they are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join their team on a 3 month contract. As the Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met, while also coordinating the marketing calendar and content production across the team. This role involves applying and adjusting design for projects using existing InDesign templates and utilizing Photoshop to resize, crop, and make other basic edits to images. Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing calendar and content production across team
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Project management for marketing emails (built and sent by CRM team)
• Apply and adjust design for projects using existing InDesign templates
• Use Photoshop to resize, crop, and make other basic edits to images
• Pull and segment data from alumni and donor database (Advance/Qlikview)
• Use data to create and test variables for personalized and effective outreach
• Track key metrics like open/click rates, conversions and report on results
• Write, proofread, and copyedit content for marketing emails and other projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and track key metrics

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices
