Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of client experiences across digital channels.
  • Ensure digital platforms are accessible to all users, adhering to accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Support Digital Strategists and Product Marketers in creating new digital experiences by following documented processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and pain points in the digital experience creation process and propose solutions.
  • Develop documentation, training, and materials to meet business and customer needs as the digital ecosystem evolves.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and organization of digital processes and standards.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources to frame complex problems simply and drive results.
  • Build strong relationships across all organizational levels with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prioritize competing business interests and identify tradeoffs to reach consensus.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure accessible design and coding practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing technology, product owner, digital strategist, or related role.
  • Prior experience managing digital marketing projects.
  • Wide understanding of foundational digital marketing tactics such as SEO, Analytics & Tagging, optimization, and content management.
  • Familiarity with change management best practices and experience in education and training.
