About the position

The Digital Marketing Sales Manager is an inside sales management role responsible for overseeing a team of 6-20 staff members. This position focuses on training and mastering inside sales techniques before advancing to sales management responsibilities. The Sales Manager will be accountable for the production of both lead generators and sales representatives, contributing to the overall success of the digital marketing agency by generating leads and optimizing online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage a team of inside sales representatives and lead generators.
• Master the inside sales job before transitioning to sales management.
• Ensure the production of leads and sales by the team.
• Generate leads from the internet to help businesses increase sales.
• Design and optimize websites and manage paid online marketing campaigns.

Requirements
