About the position

The Digital Marketing Sales Manager at Gibson Homewares is responsible for leading brand growth across digital sales channels and enhancing e-commerce performance. This role focuses on creatively merchandising products on social media and e-commerce platforms, particularly through TikTok Shops and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for social media, a keen eye for creative direction, and a proven track record in driving e-commerce results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage current TikTok Shops while onboarding new shops for additional brands.
  • Recruit and engage affiliates to drive TikTok Shop sales.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with our 3rd party advertising agency, strategizing, providing feedback, and approving assets that align with brand guidelines to drive growth on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, managing content creation and engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with studio, graphics, marketing, and sales teams to create e-commerce visuals and graphics that optimize engagement and sales for all new arrivals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong e-commerce, digital marketing, and technical skills.
  • Branding and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience, especially in digital channels.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong multitasking skills.
