About the position

The Digital Sales Representative is a key role within our dynamic marketing company, focusing on eCommerce and home service marketing solutions. This position is responsible for generating leads, selling digital products and services, and educating customers on the benefits of our offerings. The ideal candidate will excel in meeting sales goals while maintaining strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and markets.
  • Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and in-person presentations to generate interest and secure appointments.
  • Present and sell our digital services, data solutions, and marketing analytics through virtual meetings and in-person engagements.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Educate customers on the latest trends in digital media and advertising, ensuring they understand the value and impact of our offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance and expand market reach.
  • Build and nurture positive business relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess customer needs and address any concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with sales counterparts, marketing teams, and other internal partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to help refine products and services.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required to track performance and inform management.

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong experience selling to decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
