About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Verizon will oversee the online Video product experiences, including TV Everywhere and Video On Demand (VOD) site experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring that Verizon's digital branding is consistent and delivers an unmatched customer experience across all online platforms. The manager will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to enhance the digital strategy and execution of TVE improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with external network partners for Verizon TV Everywhere integration.
• Work with internal IT teams to onboard new partners and troubleshoot maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with Tech Support Centers to resolve customer TVE issues.
• Partner with the Content Development Team to prioritize the needs of external partners based on contract negotiations.
• Support the Product Development team with new strategies and digital needs.
• Handle the overall online strategy, execution, and management of TVE improvements.
• Coordinate with design, IT, and internal partners for updates to the user experience and seamless authentication.
• Determine the strategic roadmap for the current state of the site.
• Review traffic and sales performance indicators to optimize owned experiences.
• Make ongoing adjustments through test cases and monitoring sales KPIs.

Requirements

• Six or more years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience with product ownership in a digital marketing context.
• Ability to work with technical engineers to communicate challenges and fulfill business needs.
• Experience with relationship management and working with business partners.

Nice-to-haves

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience working with service providers (e.g., phone, cable, internet, insurance).
• Familiarity with content management systems and web content best practices, including SEO and HTML.
• Exposure to online report builders such as Adobe/Omniture.
