About the position

As a Senior Manager for Digital Personalization & MarTech at Verizon, you will lead a team focused on enhancing mobile product roadmaps and delivering personalized marketing experiences at scale. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and the integration of next-gen technologies to create transformational experiences. You will develop an analytics framework for project measurement, identify feature gaps, and manage the onboarding of solutions from conception to full-scale deployment, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the analytic framework for Site Personalization.
  • Working with operations teams to identify capability needs based on gaps and pain points.
  • Owning requirements and user stories for all enablement capabilities.
  • Leading day-to-day tasks to ensure timely delivery of individual capabilities.
  • Partnering with marketing ops sponsors for flawless execution of tests or experiences.
  • Aligning strategies for short vs. long-term solutions across various platforms.
  • Acting as the technical SME on MarTech platforms and capabilities.
  • Designing solutions using a Customer-Centric Approach and Design-Thinking.
  • Managing the best practices guide based on enablement capabilities and associated PoCs.
  • Developing use cases for testing new technologies.

Requirements

  • Six or more years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and the overall digital ecosystem.
  • Experience in framing an end-to-end implementation plan for complex data-driven consumer experiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's, MBA, or Advanced degree in Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology.
  • Agile Mindset and Product Owner certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience in digital marketing and product management in a business, agency, or consulting organization.
  • Strong data analytics and quantitative skills.
  • Experience working with technical engineers to communicate technical challenges.
