The Digital Marketing Senior Manager at Lenovo is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining and enhancing the brand's online presence and driving sales through various marketing campaigns. This position focuses on managing paid media, customer relationship marketing (CRM), and eCommerce initiatives specifically for the Motorola brand in North America. The successful candidate will lead internal teams to strategize and execute digital media campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic display and video. In this role, the manager will oversee the user experience and design of the Motorola website in the US and Canada, ensuring that sales-driving initiatives such as promotions, customer reviews, and affiliate programming are effectively implemented. The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will also be responsible for designing and building strategies for new product launches, ensuring that these initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and business goals. Collaboration with the analytics team is crucial, as the manager will need to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, optimizing spend and performance based on identified trends and insights. Budget management for eCommerce, paid media, and CRM will also be a key responsibility, along with working closely with internal teams to drive brand growth and sales on eCommerce platforms. The role requires evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership for their adoption, as well as supporting carriers and retail partners with co-marketing campaign evaluations and recommendations.
