About the position

The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist at Huitt-Zollars is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for executing brand, social media, and digital communication strategies. This position involves creating and managing marketing collateral, analyzing digital data, and developing strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive impactful digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute brand, social media, and digital communication strategies with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and business objectives.
  • Develop and edit marketing and communication materials with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Design marketing collateral templates such as brochures and presentations.
  • Assist with digital design for the intranet and website.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including postings and engagement metrics.
  • Oversee content calendar management with guidance from the Marketing Communications Manager.
  • Administer web content, ensuring compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and identify new engagement opportunities.
  • Participate in professional development training and educational opportunities.
  • Proofread and edit content before publishing as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in B2B professional services is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing across platforms including web content and social media.
  • Understanding of best practices for social media networks such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Experience with digital measurement tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and implementation.
  • Familiarity with photography and videography for content creation.
  • Experience with website content management systems and marketing CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for custom web page layouts.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills suited for digital formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in information.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and strategic thinker.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Experience with video production.
