About the position

As a Digital Marketing SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising. Your role will involve measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against established goals such as ROI and KPIs. You will be tasked with identifying trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on these insights. Additionally, you will brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to enhance the company's digital presence. You will also plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve user engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential as you work to create landing pages and optimize the overall user experience. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touchpoints, instrumenting conversion points and optimizing user funnels accordingly. Your role will also involve collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners, evaluating emerging technologies, and providing thought leadership and perspective for their adoption where appropriate. Furthermore, you will design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring that it aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (required).
  • 3 years of experience in PPC Campaign Management (required).
  • 3 years of experience in SEO (required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
