Responsibilities
- Shape and implement innovative digital strategies to boost website and social media efforts.
- Expand and streamline the website customer journey and user experience (UX).
- Craft compelling content and social media campaigns that resonate with the audience.
- Measure and analyze the success of digital campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage colleagues and partners worldwide to build awareness and amplify the brand.
- Train team members on digital tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, including website and social media management.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing and updating website content aligned with a strategic customer journey.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience with digital transformation projects in large organizations.
- Expertise in creating engaging content with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
