Responsibilities

• Shape and implement innovative digital strategies to boost website and social media efforts.
• Expand and streamline the website customer journey and user experience (UX).
• Craft compelling content and social media campaigns that resonate with the audience.
• Measure and analyze the success of digital campaigns, using insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage colleagues and partners worldwide to build awareness and amplify the brand.
• Train team members on digital tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, including website and social media management.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing and updating website content aligned with a strategic customer journey.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with digital transformation projects in large organizations.
• Expertise in creating engaging content with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
