Love Hygiene is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. This full-time, hybrid position involves leading the strategic management of our social media presence and website. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth through innovative social media strategies, effective website management, and targeted digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of digital marketing technologies and a flair for content creation and performance analysis. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth on platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. You will manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives while monitoring social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. You will also maintain and update Love Hygiene's website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligns with marketing goals. This includes leading the development of new web pages and enhancements to improve user experience, troubleshooting website issues, and implementing SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive web traffic. Your role will involve tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics and website analytics to optimize strategies for improved ROI. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will coordinate with the Creative and Marketing Directors to ensure alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives. You will manage project timelines and ensure updates are executed on schedule and within budget, participating in regular strategy meetings to align digital efforts with business goals. Occasionally, you may need to travel for content gathering at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
