About the position

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager at Cescaphe Event Group is responsible for enhancing brand equity, awareness, and customer acquisition through various digital platforms. This role involves managing the social media editorial calendar, collaborating with the marketing team, and executing both organic and paid marketing strategies to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for weddings and trends, along with strong analytical skills to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in managing all projects surrounding digital and social media assets.
  • Manage the Cescaphe editorial calendar to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Maintain the website to ensure all content is accurate and aligns with other sales and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update other digital assets, including slideshows, The Knot, and Wedding Wire.
  • Create and implement digital content for the website, social media channels, and other marketing needs.
  • Develop and manage a team of content creators to meet weekly and monthly content requirements.
  • Partner with the Client Development team to confirm sales goals and initiatives, effectively aligning digital marketing strategies to meet these objectives.
  • Lead daily and weekly organic and paid marketing strategies to amplify content and acquire new customers.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in the creation of one-pagers, monthly marketing briefs, brand decks, and any other requested documents and reports.
  • Report and analyze digital and social media analytics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Manage communication and deployment of any Cescaphe-related social media giveaways and sweepstakes.
  • Stay informed about the social media landscape, including recent developments and trends.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the brand's products, customers, and policies.
  • Apply best practices for attribution concerning image usage rights, copywriting, and social media posts.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of social media marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Proficient in content publishing on platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Knowledgeable about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Innovative and eager to share ideas.
  • Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
