About the position

We are seeking a creative and driven Aesthetic Social Media Specialist to join our Surgery Center/Med Spa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and public relations to effectively communicate our message across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies in Aesthetic to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Conduct research on current trends in social media and digital marketing to inform strategy and content creation.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and posts.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the advertising team to create targeted ad campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media management and advertising.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools for measuring campaign performance.
• Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights relevant to our audience.
• Background in public relations is a plus, enhancing our communication strategy.
• Proficiency in photography or graphic design is desirable for creating engaging visual content.
• Demonstrated ability in social listening techniques to understand audience sentiment and improve engagement strategies.
