About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and a strong understanding of customer needs to provide tailored solutions. The Sales Representative will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. In this position, you will generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies to expand our customer base. You will develop and execute a territory sales plan to reach and exceed sales goals, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach. Identifying and seizing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products or services to existing customers will be a key focus. Additionally, you will analyze customer data using Salesforce to better understand customer behavior and preferences, identifying areas for improvement in our sales processes. Conducting in-depth product demonstrations, technical sales, and retail sales presentations will be essential to showcase our offerings effectively. You will continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to drive business growth and profitability, ensuring that you remain competitive in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies to expand our customer base.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Must have motorsports or bike industry working experience.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, territory sales, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in retail sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze customer data to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves
