The role involves developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns for our company and artist roster. Responsibilities will include developing overall digital strategy and building/executing innovative campaigns to further our artists' data capture, sales, and advertising goals, while reacting to social analytics to improve the success of these campaigns. The ideal candidate will develop creative out-of-the-box ideas and campaigns, create and manage internal communication decks, and create social media content calendars while monitoring social media pages. The position requires directing and managing relations with the internal digital team as well as third-party partners and agency clients. Using insights, analytics, and consumer insights to inform effective marketing initiatives and decisions is crucial. The candidate will also direct and approve creative processes for all internal and external marketing collateral, work closely with internal talent management and publishing teams to develop and maximize opportunities, and manage artist web properties and e-commerce stores with updates, SEO optimization, and keyword usage. Tracking and interpreting data to compile reports for clients and others as needed, assessing new technologies, partners, and developing new opportunities, managing digital paid media campaigns, and email marketing communications for artists throughout projects are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the candidate will assist with basic in-house graphic design and video editing needs across all Primary Wave departments, ensuring best practices are used with attention to new digital trends and platform updates.
