About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Williamson Health plays a crucial role in implementing the goals and objectives of the Marketing and Communications Department. This position is focused on utilizing a variety of digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility among Williamson Health patients, supporters, and the broader community in Williamson County and surrounding areas. The specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating numerous marketing tactics, including social media management, online reputation management, and online advertising. In this role, the specialist will immerse themselves in understanding the Williamson Health brand, including its mission, vision, and values, ensuring that these ideals are reflected in all digital marketing strategies. The position requires continual research and learning about new tools, strategies, and trends in digital marketing, including corporate phone applications. A comprehensive social media strategy will be developed and executed, encompassing both organic and paid promotions. The specialist will monitor and track the effectiveness of the social media strategy, reporting metrics such as new followers, impressions, and engagements to the Leadership Team. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee all necessary online information pages, excluding the main website, such as Google My Business and Wikipedia. They will regularly review and evaluate the online reputation program for Williamson Health physicians and locations, making suggestions for improvements as needed. The specialist will also monitor daily comments via Social Climb, responding appropriately and initiating the service recovery process when necessary. A plan will be created and executed to regularly report metrics regarding the online reputation back to physicians and other leaders within Williamson Health.

Responsibilities

  • Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility for Williamson Health.
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate various marketing tactics including social media and online advertising.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including organic and paid promotions.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of social media strategies and report metrics to the Leadership Team.
  • Oversee online information pages such as Google My Business and Wikipedia.
  • Review and evaluate the online reputation program for physicians and locations, suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Monitor daily comments via Social Climb and respond appropriately to commenters.
  • Create and execute a plan to report metrics regarding online reputation to physicians and leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing and/or social media work experience, with examples of multiple projects.
  • Adept with basic computer operations/systems and popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and a passionate storyteller; design skills are a bonus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or communications.
  • Familiarity with online reputation management tools.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools.
