About the position

Williamson Health, located in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Communications Department. This position is pivotal in implementing the department's goals and objectives through a variety of digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing visibility among Williamson Health patients, supporters, and the broader community. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating numerous marketing tactics, including social media management, online reputation management, and online advertising. This role requires a creative and enthusiastic storyteller who can effectively engage with target audiences and represent the Williamson Health brand in all digital communications. The Marketing and Communications team is dedicated to promoting the exceptional healthcare services provided by Williamson Health, which includes a 203-bed hospital and over 80 providers across various specialties. The candidate will be expected to fully immerse themselves in understanding the Williamson Health brand, including its mission, vision, and values, to ensure these ideals are reflected in all digital marketing strategies. The role also involves continual research and learning about new tools, strategies, and trends in digital marketing, ensuring that Williamson Health remains at the forefront of healthcare marketing. In addition to social media strategy development and execution, the candidate will monitor and track the effectiveness of these strategies, reporting metrics such as new followers, impressions, and engagements to the Leadership Team. The position also includes overseeing online information pages, managing the online reputation program, and responding to comments and feedback from the community. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall digital presence of Williamson Health and ensuring that our communications resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate digital marketing strategies for Williamson Health.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, including both organic and paid promotions.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of social media strategies, reporting metrics to the Leadership Team.
  • Oversee online information pages, including Google My Business and Wikipedia.
  • Review and evaluate the online reputation program, making suggestions for improvements as necessary.
  • Respond to day-to-day comments via Social Climb and follow up internally for service recovery processes.
  • Create and execute a plan to regularly report metrics regarding online reputation back to physicians and other leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing and/or social media work experience, with examples of multiple projects.
  • Adept with basic computer operations/systems and popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and a passionate storyteller; design skills are a bonus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or communications.
  • Familiarity with online reputation management tools like Social Climb.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
