About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Williamson Health plays a crucial role in implementing the goals and objectives of the Marketing and Communications Department. This position is responsible for utilizing a variety of digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility among Williamson Health patients, supporters, and the broader community in Williamson County and surrounding areas. The specialist will plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate numerous marketing tactics, including social media management, online reputation management, and online advertising. The role requires a deep understanding of the Williamson Health brand, including its mission, vision, and values, to ensure these ideals are reflected in all digital marketing efforts. In addition to executing marketing strategies, the Digital Marketing Specialist will continually research and learn about new tools, strategies, and trends in digital marketing, including corporate phone applications. A comprehensive social media strategy will be developed and executed, encompassing both organic and paid promotions. The specialist will monitor and track the effectiveness of these strategies, reporting metrics such as new followers, impressions, and engagements to the Leadership Team. Furthermore, the role involves overseeing online information pages, such as Google My Business and Wikipedia, and regularly reviewing and evaluating the online reputation program for Williamson Health physicians and locations. The position also entails engaging with the community and target audiences, serving as an ambassador for Williamson Health at various corporate and community events. The Digital Marketing Specialist must be flexible and able to adjust daily work schedules and projects based on emerging priorities, ensuring that the marketing efforts align with the organization's goals and community needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility for Williamson Health.
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate marketing tactics including social media and online advertising.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including organic and paid promotions.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of social media strategies and report metrics to the Leadership Team.
  • Oversee online information pages such as Google My Business and Wikipedia.
  • Review and evaluate the online reputation program and suggest improvements as necessary.
  • Engage with target audiences at corporate and community events as an ambassador for Williamson Health.
  • Adjust daily work schedules and projects based on emerging priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing and/or social media work experience, with examples of past projects.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and a passionate storyteller; design skills are a bonus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with online reputation management tools like Social Climb.
  • Familiarity with corporate phone applications and digital marketing trends.
