About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract Role) at LG Electronics is responsible for shaping and executing digital marketing initiatives within the Air Conditioning Technologies Division. This role involves developing comprehensive strategies across various digital channels, managing media placements, leading a team, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance customer experience and drive sales leads. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEM/SEO, email, social media, display advertising, and consumer campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee media strategies, placements, and performance measurements, ensuring effective outreach and agency collaboration.
  • Manage digital marketing staff and vendor relationships, setting KPIs to enhance campaign performance and drive sales leads.
  • Monitor and report on SEO metrics and Google Analytics data to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Develop and implement a robust inbound marketing plan to attract and engage customers.
  • Assess emerging technologies and provide insights for potential adoption.
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring compliance with procurement, legal, and accounting standards.
  • Recommend actions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of online content.
  • Identify and create multi-channel digital campaigns, optimizing messaging, spend, and channel mix.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to reach target audiences and drive awareness and sales growth.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven SEO/SEM experience in B2B/B2C marketing and demand generation, especially in agile environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite; strong knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools (Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo) and digital best practices.
  • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and programmatic campaigns; proven ability to manage integrated omni-channel campaigns for acquisition and conversion.
  • Strong experience in establishing media metrics/KPIs and conducting data analysis to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven success in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating hands-on program design and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Experience leading teams and managing external agencies, including developing RFPs and SOWs.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a commitment to enhancing customer experience (CX and DX).
  • Experience in budget management.
