About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving brand growth through the management of campaign strategies across various digital channels, including paid and organic social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate listings. This role emphasizes enhancing the company's digital presence and ensuring effective outreach through data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, focusing on maximizing engagement, lead generation, and conversions across social media, influencer, and affiliate channels.
  • Develop and manage paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring content aligns with the brand voice and is timely for scheduled events and product launches.
  • Maintain, expand, and optimize affiliate product listings, managing product reviews and endorsements to build product trust and generate user interest.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive and manage an influencer platform to expand reach and position the brand in relevant industry discussions.
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage participation in virtual and in-person events, working closely with sales to ensure effective pre- and post-event strategies are executed.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior data, and customer journeys, translating data into actionable insights and regular reports to guide strategy adjustments.
  • Lead and manage growth hacking initiatives, including A/B testing and new campaign strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Partner with the marketing automation specialist to optimize email campaigns, including newsletters and nurturing sequences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and influencer/affiliate marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
