About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Winsome House Inc. is responsible for shaping and executing dynamic marketing strategies to enhance the brand's presence in the furniture industry. This role involves managing social media accounts, collaborating with influencers, and spearheading content initiatives to engage the target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of marketing campaign strategies and execute them hands-on.
• Oversee the brand's social media accounts to ensure consistent engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify the brand's reach.
• Spearhead content initiatives by scheduling and publishing captivating content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in DTC Brand Marketing, preferably in the Home & Furniture industry.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Suite (including GA4, Google Ads, etc.), and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GRIN or similar Influencer CRM tools.
• Entry to mid-level proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suites.

Nice-to-haves

• Fundamental copywriting and graphic design capabilities.
• A solid grasp of the DTC marketing realm, preferably within the furniture or related industries.
