About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at the Office of Postsecondary Financial Planning (OPFP) is responsible for managing the web presence and digital marketing strategies for various financial programs related to education in Michigan. This role involves overseeing web content, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the Division Directors in achieving their objectives through effective data management and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of OPFP's web pages and related digital outlets.
  • Research, analyze, and report on web content and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Assist Division Directors in achieving goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the collection, storage, and processing of data necessary for Bureau programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital marketing or web management.
  • Knowledge of financial aid programs and educational funding.
