About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist for Disney+ will play a crucial role in overseeing digital campaign strategy, social programming, and engagement for the Disney+ platforms. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that amplify Disney+ content and support brand priorities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strategic, and possess strong communication skills, with a focus on managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned digital campaigns for Disney+.
  • Build out Campaign Briefs and manage larger platform partnerships as assigned.
  • Participate in quarterly planning meetings and update campaign planning grids in Airtable.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in studio partner meetings and drive campaign planning using insights and marketing strategies.
  • Lead assigned projects and represent the Disney+ Digital Marketing Team in stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate approved assets and copy from partners, ensuring alignment with marketing plans.
  • Provide support for live content coverage during press junkets and marketing events.
  • Ideate new social concepts to engage digital audiences and attend brainstorms for future projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in digital marketing for brand and entertainment properties.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking.
  • Superior knowledge of social media platforms and their native products.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • BA or BS in Journalism, Film, Marketing, or a relevant field or 5+ years of experience.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools like AirTable, Smartsheets, or Zendesk.
  • Experience with Keynote and Google Slides.
  • Experience in brand entertainment marketing or streaming services.
  • Familiarity with large, matrixed organizations.
