About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in marketing CRM technology, focusing on email marketing strategies for a healthcare client. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention, while also managing external vendors and ensuring the efficiency and consistency of marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for marketing CRM technology, including automation and email design.
• Collaborate with leads to understand clients' objectives and create targeted lists for campaigns.
• Supervise email marketing projects and manage external vendors/agencies for CRM project development.
• Implement standardized processes for campaign development and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a clean and marketable email list in the CRM database for better deliverability.
• Assist in email design using HTML editors and drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Collaborate with content experts to create compelling email copy.
• Set KPIs and develop measurement and reporting methods for email marketing success.

Requirements

• 3-7 years' experience with marketing CRM technology and email platforms such as Salesforce Health and Marketing Clouds, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, or Mailchimp.
• Demonstrated experience using Google Analytics data to develop digital strategies.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing.

• Advanced knowledge in the utilization of email and marketing cloud platforms.
• Hold certifications in a CRM platform.
• SQL knowledge.
