About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Email) at Spacesaver Corporation is responsible for driving customer engagement and website traffic through effective email marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with various teams to manage email campaigns, optimize user experiences, and generate leads through automation tools. The specialist will also analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to enhance results, ensuring effective communication with target audiences throughout the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement and website traffic through email marketing strategies.
  • Manage list development and contacts using email tools and CRM systems like Salesforce and Zoominfo.
  • Generate leads through corporate email automation platforms in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Lead email communication efforts for webinars, events, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to drive content strategy for email campaigns.
  • Create tailored communication strategies for different market audiences at various sales funnel stages.
  • Optimize the end-user experience across major email clients, including content and call-to-action elements.
  • Facilitate A/B testing to enhance customer engagement and pipeline development.
  • Report on A/B testing performance and apply successful strategies to future campaigns.
  • Set and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for email campaigns, reporting monthly on performance.
  • Continuously adjust strategies to optimize performance and lead generation efforts.
  • Utilize HTML knowledge to create email creatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Assist in executing go-to-market strategies and cross-train team members on email campaign creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in deploying, developing, and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, campaign management, lead generation, and database marketing.
  • Experience with demand generation tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot.
  • Proficient understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting.
  • Knowledge of email privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and CASL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to test, measure, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in composing and proofing materials.
  • Experience with A/B testing best practices.
  • Proficient in HTML across digital marketing channels.
