About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist for Global Campaigns & Virtual Programs at AWS is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote AWS's priority solutions and services. This role focuses on managing email channels and digital operations, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer engagement, and optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel marketing and technical expertise in marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the day-to-day management and optimization of the email channel and digital operations for Global Campaigns and Tier 1 events.
  • Collaborates with campaign leads and internal stakeholders to create optimal digital experiences.
  • Drives recommendations for effective customer engagement within digital channels.
  • Implements targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns.
  • Develops and executes test plans across all digital channels.
  • Establishes scalable processes for email, social channels, paid media, and reporting.
  • Provides campaign performance analysis and implements optimizations to drive results.
  • Manages the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns.
  • Supports localization processes for international campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
  • Knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies within Marketo.
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
