About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist for Global Campaigns & Virtual Programs at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote AWS's priority solutions and services. This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and optimizing digital operations across multiple languages and regions. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical marketing expertise to enhance customer experiences and drive campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the day-to-day management and optimization of the email channel and digital operations for Global Campaigns and Tier 1 events.
  • Collaborates with various internal stakeholders to create optimal digital experiences.
  • Drives recommendations for effective customer engagement within digital channels.
  • Implements targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns.
  • Develops and executes test plans across all digital channels.
  • Establishes scalable processes ensuring best practices for email, social channels, and paid media.
  • Provides campaign performance analysis and implements timely optimizations.
  • Manages the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns.
  • Supports localization processes for international campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies within Marketo.
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
