About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati, is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support the center's communication initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation and market research.
  • Track and strategize digital advertising placements and performance.
  • Create and maintain social media content.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar.
  • Create and update digital marketing reports.
  • Utilize and report data to guide marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to maintain and optimize websites.
  • Work with technical support to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or five years of relevant work experience in lieu of education requirement.
  • One year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with AEM and SEO.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
