We handle cases across various practice areas, including employment, consumer protection, financial fraud, sexual assault, personal injury, and antitrust. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with lawyers, software team members, and legal assistants to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into digital marketing, focusing on areas such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital advertising, and email marketing. This role is not just about executing tasks; it’s about contributing to a mission that seeks to make justice accessible to everyday people. In this position, you will learn to draft webpages that rank highly on Google, research and determine effective digital advertising platforms, and create compelling email marketing campaigns. You will also gain experience in using tools like Salesforce for tracking marketing campaign efficacy and design graphics using Figma and Canva. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Draft and optimize webpages for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
  • Research and identify effective digital advertising platforms and create compelling ads.
  • Set up dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track marketing campaign performance.
  • Draft and design effective email marketing campaigns with strong call-to-actions.
  • Experiment with different marketing strategies and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Create graphics for digital advertising and email marketing using Figma and Canva.
  • Manage long-term projects with multiple stakeholders and moving pieces.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intense interest in marketing and digital advertising.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Prior digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience with SEO is preferred.

Nice-to-haves
