Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work alongside creative professionals, including content creators, social media experts, video producers, artists, and events teams, to ensure timely delivery of customer emails that impact sales. Your responsibilities will include a mix of execution (50%), analytics & insights (30%), and strategy (20%). You must exhibit mastery in email marketing tactics and platforms, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be adept at providing timely analytics and insights to support all internal and external clients of Ball Horticultural Company. A typical day will involve collaborating with marketing managers on digital strategy, scheduling, building, delivering, and managing email marketing messages using automation software, and organizing digital assets needed for projects. You will also create or collaborate on templates aimed at achieving the most effective open rates and reader engagement. In this role, you will manage editorial calendars of timely messages, monitor and report on the effectiveness of each campaign, and evaluate email metrics and analytics to share with leadership and the account executive team.
