The Digital Marketing Specialist for The Nature Conservancy (TNC) will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies and executing content across the Great Plain Division's digital channels. This position is designed for candidates residing in Arkansas, Missouri, or Iowa, with options for remote and hybrid work. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering compelling narratives, facilitating media campaigns, producing and collecting content, and managing metrics to effectively communicate TNC's programs, values, and mission. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining relationships with media and other stakeholders. In this position, the Digital Marketing Specialist will create, implement, measure, and manage social media content and campaigns across various platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The goal is to advance conservation objectives by reaching targeted audiences with key messages about TNC's work. Responsibilities include writing web features, building and updating website content, and producing e-newsletters for targeted communications. Collaboration with team members and key stakeholders is essential to ensure that content aligns with organizational priorities and values, matches the brand voice, and establishes TNC as an expert in key conservation areas. The Specialist will also support integrated digital advocacy campaigns and work with marketing leaders to execute a visibility strategy for chapter leadership. This includes posting new content on behalf of leaders and developing best practice recommendations for key platforms. Engaging with online communities, tracking and analyzing web metrics, and implementing strategic recommendations will be part of the role. The position may require periodic travel for work-related meetings and team retreats.
