About the position

In this role, you'll drive the success of digital marketing campaigns by managing project timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth, timely project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels in communication, bringing structure and momentum to each initiative. Your efforts will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence and achieving measurable results. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and projects, from conception to launch
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, including budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives and ensure timely deliverables
  • Ensure the integration of digital strategies across various marketing channels for cohesive campaigns
  • Reporting of digital marketing initiatives
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of website development, design, digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, paid ads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or project management
  • Experience working with project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira)
