About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist II role at STIIIZY focuses on driving the success of digital marketing campaigns through effective project management and collaboration across teams. The role also offers opportunities for cross-training in various positions within the department based on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns and projects from conception to launch.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, including budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives and ensure timely deliverables.
• Ensure the integration of digital strategies across various marketing channels for cohesive campaigns.
• Report on digital marketing initiatives and conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of website development, design, and digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and paid ads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
