About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation will manage and optimize lead generation programs for a leading global manufacturing company. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of lead generation, utilizing both traditional and emerging marketing strategies to enhance efficiency and drive results. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective lead handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of lead generation programs, from setup to improvement, tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop lead generation strategies and ensure smooth transition of leads to the Sales team.
  • Design and implement a lead scoring system to classify marketing and sales-qualified leads.
  • Train and support the sales team to enhance lead performance, ensuring effective lead handling and maintenance.
  • Assist Marketing and Sales Operations in data analysis and report preparation.
  • Manage lead data using Salesforce or other CRM platforms, ensuring accurate logging, documentation, and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze metrics reports and dashboards to monitor marketing and sales pipelines.
  • Foster a positive work environment, effectively collaborating with team members.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in generating qualified marketing leads.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, identify issues, and resolve them effectively.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
