About the position

DezingzDo is looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance the brand's online presence and promote its digital design services. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital channels, creating engaging content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote DezignzDo's digital design services and enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful digital assets that align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
  • Experience working with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of design principles is a plus.
