About the position
The Digital Marketing Specialist role is essential for coordinating and launching digital marketing initiatives within the Medical Technology sector. This position involves project management, campaign execution, and managing various digital marketing activities, including email marketing and social media. The successful candidate will work closely with a team to ensure effective communication and alignment on marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in project management, developing project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Manage operational tools including Smartsheet, Bynder, Campaign Cockpit Tool, Release Tool, and Percolate for project creation, tracking, approvals, and reporting.
- Manage inbound inquiries, ensuring customer requests are triaged in a timely manner.
- Support a team of 6 professionals in achieving digital marketing goals.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications, e.g. working student, student assistant.
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management and communication skills.
