About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager at Fiery LLC will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and lead nurturing through effective email marketing strategies. This position involves developing and executing email campaigns, managing the email marketing calendar, and collaborating with various teams to optimize the marketing automation platform. The role is essential for driving conversions and supporting the company's growth in the B2B market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Fiery's email marketing strategy, focusing on nurturing, retention, and lead conversion.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize acquisition and engagement email campaigns to increase lead generation and drive conversions.
  • Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations and web development teams for seamless integration with Salesforce and other digital platforms.
  • Build and optimize multi-touch nurture programs for various stages of the funnel to ensure continuous engagement of leads.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create visually compelling emails with the right messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing of subject lines, copy, creative, and CTAs to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Manage email segmentation and ensure data hygiene across email lists for optimal targeting.
  • Stay updated on best practices and compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) for email communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling email nurture programs, including automation and personalization.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Experience managing an email marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with broader marketing goals.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
