About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at BMH, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by managing various marketing initiatives, coordinating events, and ensuring the accuracy of online content. This position requires a blend of practical and creative skills, with a focus on communication, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaign planning and coordinating
  • Help manage hospital department relationships and hold discovery meetings to identify needs and expectations of department managers
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain hospital & clinic online content ensuring its accuracy
  • Help with event planning and coordinating (check presentations, health fairs, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute events and other marketing initiatives
  • Communicate market trends, opportunities, or issues to management in a timely manner
  • Answer phones, take messages, and assist in fulfilling client requests
  • Monitor and maintain BMH & its affiliate social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain BMH & its affiliate websites
  • Maintain department equipment and office supplies
  • File and organize office documents
  • Manage internal communications through email, intranet, etc.
  • Handle the donation/sponsorship process and research market, identify event opportunities
  • Help facilitate new provider introductions
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • 2+ years related experience preferred
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM)
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Must work well independently
  • SEO optimization knowledge
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and operations
