You'll work closely with our digital marketing and development teams to ensure our clients' campaigns achieve optimal visibility, engagement, and conversions through strategic PPC management. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies on Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
  • Create and manage digital ad campaigns, including ad copy, ad group organization, and budget management.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and placements to improve conversions.
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, WhatConverts, and CallRail.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including weekly/monthly metrics, ROI analysis, and visual dashboards.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored growth plans and strategies.
  • Manage budget allocations and ensure efficient use of ad spend.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance-related campaign issues.
  • Seek opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (search, display, remarketing, Performance Max).
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WhatConverts, and CallRail.
  • Experience with WordPress and similar CMS platforms (Shopify, Squarespace).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce ads for platforms like Google Shopping.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Experience with AI tools for campaign optimization is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other PPC tools.
  • Experience building high-converting landing pages.
