We're looking for a motivated digital media professional to support in the execution of programmatic campaigns across T-Mobile LOBs. This role is critical to our mission of delivering relevant, data-backed digital media in line with our broader business strategy. Reporting into the Sr Manager, Programmatic Media, you'll be responsible for owning the trafficking of display, OLV, and/or audio creatives and ad tags and for supporting the execution of T-Mobile's media campaigns. In particular, your focus will be on ensuring seamless tracking of tactics and creatives across all platforms to serve as the foundation for our data analysis. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the trafficking of all creative messaging that T-Mobile has in-market, including banners, videos, native advertisements, and dynamic offer messaging utilizing tools such as Google Campaign Manager and Jivox
  • Implement and adhere to the campaign launch and ongoing QA processes
  • Support in the execution of T-Mobile's addressable display, OLV, and/or audio, media advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms
  • Ensure the execution and maintenance of proper tracking between multiple platforms for ad tags and site pixels
  • Execute on team-set strategy in platform, and suggest improvements/iterations for existing and net new campaigns
  • Work closely with activation team members, in addition to other internal T-Mobile teams, on campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of digital advertising experience, whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform
  • Experience with in-scope platforms a plus
  • Understanding and/or exposure to the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting
  • Experience managing In-market messaging and calendars offers across a range of products, budgets, and target audiences
  • Familiarity with the AdTech industry, dynamic creative and DCO/ad-server platform landscape
  • Strong data analysis abilities and capable of identifying trends within large data sets from multiple sources
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment
