The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for Jubilant HollisterStier's Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) division. This position will focus on managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies to ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, and monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Pardot. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also compile and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives, as well as coordination with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing initiatives. Compliance with industry regulations and best practices is essential in all digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and drive brand and service line awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and support customer retention efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Pardot, and social media analytics.
  • Compile and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the marketing team and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related field (will consider 5 years solidly related experience in lieu of degree).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-5 years' marketing experience required, specifically in Analytics, SEO & PPC experience required.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress or other web content management systems desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
