The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for Jubilant HollisterStier's Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) division. This position will focus on managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies to ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, and monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Pardot. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also compile and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives, as well as coordination with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
