The Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Commerce at HEYDUDE is a pivotal role within the Americas Digital Commerce team, focusing on the implementation of Social Commerce campaigns that align with the company's business goals and objectives. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the tactical execution of Social Commerce campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams to create and curate engaging content tailored for various social platforms. The specialist will manage relationships with third-party vendor partners, optimizing and overseeing day-to-day creator programs. Monitoring campaign performance is crucial, as the specialist will conduct deep-dive analyses, implement robust testing strategies, and identify opportunities for performance enhancement. Clear and detailed reporting on campaign success will be essential, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with the broader Digital Marketing team to communicate campaign results and develop necessary strategies and initiatives. Maintaining the integrity of the HEYDUDE brand in the social commerce space is vital, requiring collaboration with the Brand team to ensure effective communication of brand voice to content creators and affiliates. The role demands up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Social Commerce, the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, and the use of data analytics to drive business performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Handle tactical execution of Social Commerce campaigns that align with goals and objectives
  • Work with internal and external teams to create & curate engaging content tailored for Social Commerce
  • Own relationships with 3rd party vendor partners to integrate, optimize and handle day-to-day creator programs
  • Monitor campaign performance, perform deep dive analyses, implement robust testing strategies, and identify opportunities to grow or optimize performance
  • Develop clear and detailed reports that share campaign and test success, highlighting what went well and where we need to improve
  • Work with the greater Digital Marketing team to communicate campaign results & develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goals
  • Actively police the presentation of the HEYDUDE brand in this space to ensure our policies are being followed; work with HEYDUDE Brand team to effectively communicate brand voice to content creators/affiliates
  • Coordinate with members from various teams, including Brand/Influencer Marketing, Integrated Marketing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and latest developments in Social Commerce
  • Create and implement testing strategies to achieve actionable insights and improve campaign performance
  • Lead multiple projects at one time and maintain timelines, prioritizing as needed and communicating any at-risk items
  • Field special projects and requests as needed
  • Use data analytics to drive business performance and decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Influencer, Paid Media, or Social Commerce campaigns
  • Ability to 'run the business by the numbers', using data to drive action & optimization
  • Experience quantifying Digital Marketing impact, and creating alignment with overall business goals/initiatives
  • Deep understanding of at least 1 web analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Experience managing agency partners & using partner feedback to improve performance
  • Strong project management skills, multi-tasking prowess and ability to stay organised
  • Problem solver who uses critical thinking skills to find innovative solutions
  • Initiative to generate ideas that propel the business forward and contribute to organizational effectiveness
