About the position

Marcella is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team at the Northampton, MA headquarters. This role involves supporting the execution of creative projects and assisting with e-commerce platform management and social media management. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and passionate about fashion, contributing to a brand that is committed to social impact and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Marketing team in organizing and updating the company's creative archive.
• Assist in the execution of company photoshoots.
• Maintain the company website, including content updates and product merchandising.
• Retouch imagery as needed, leveraging graphic design skills.
• Support video editing for promotional materials across channels.
• Plan and develop content for social media platforms and the website.
• Manage tasks to ensure smooth execution of sales, events, and product launches.
• Perform additional tasks as required within the Digital Marketing team.

Requirements

• A completed university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or e-commerce, preferably in fashion or premium brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time-sensitive projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is ideal.
• Experience with Shopify is preferred.
• Adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
