About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at BizIQ is responsible for facilitating client onboarding, optimizing digital marketing tools, and serving as a trusted partner to clients. This role requires technical expertise in configuring and optimizing digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and web development solutions to ensure exceptional client success. The specialist will work closely with various teams to deliver integrated solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute advanced implementation tasks for digital marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with project plans and client requirements.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating smooth transitions and conducting thorough needs assessments.
  • Configure and optimize digital marketing tools, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and web development solutions to maximize client success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for clients, offering strategic guidance and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development teams to address client needs and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on implemented solutions to verify functionality and accuracy.
  • Provide responsive support to clients post-implementation, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation activities and project progress.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and best practices to enhance service delivery capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing implementation, customer support, or project management, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company.
  • Proven experience applying technical skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, web development, and CRM systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
