About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at El Dorado Broadcasters LLC is responsible for representing the company to advertisers and advertising agencies, promoting digital marketing solutions, radio advertising, and event marketing. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will create marketing campaigns, deliver sales presentations, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting established sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Representing El Dorado Broadcasters to advertisers and advertising agencies
• Communicating benefits of Digital Marketing Solutions, Radio advertising, and Event Marketing to clients
• Learning Broadcast and Digital Marketing Products
• Meeting in-person with clients and prospects
• Fostering and nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Identifying new opportunities and developing persuasive proposals
• Collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and meet sales targets
• Creating effective marketing campaigns
• Delivering compelling sales presentations
• Maintaining productive client communication
• Negotiating rates and ensuring prompt payments
• Following station procedures for preparing orders and resolving billing issues

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
• Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
• Strong client service relationship-building skills
• Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills
• Dependable transportation with a clean driving record and proof of insurance
