About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Lincoln Property Company is responsible for supporting marketing activities related to commercial real estate. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the real estate market, capable of creating compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines. The specialist will work closely with the property marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage email campaigns, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and event support materials.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage workflow and approval processes for all assigned marketing projects.
• Track and analyze digital campaign results to assess effectiveness.
• Communicate professionally with key stakeholders, providing guidance on messaging and marketing strategies.
• Act as a Lincoln brand ambassador, ensuring marketing efforts align with company best practices and style guidelines.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the commercial real estate industry to inform marketing strategies.
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
• Strong creative acumen with the ability to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
