About the position

Guardian Care is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to promote and support the organization and the families it serves in Indiana. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting the services of Guardian Care through the creation of marketing materials and digital media. This position plays a crucial role in managing the agency's social media platforms, public relations, and participation in community outreach programs. The mission of Guardian Care is to make it easy for family members to care for their medically complex loved ones, partnering with extended Care Teams to provide holistic care. The organization believes that seniors and special needs populations deserve to live in inclusive, supportive communities. The vision is to build the most inclusive and impactful community of family caregivers in the Midwest. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining the organization's social media and online content platforms, including Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, and blog management, to connect with potential clients and their families. You will design and execute high-impact campaigns to drive qualified leads, manage all marketing materials, and update the website and social media presence on behalf of the organization. Additionally, you will coordinate public relations plans, generate ways to advance the organization's brand, and continuously learn about social media trends and digital marketing tools. Monitoring social media analytics and reporting on marketing campaign performance will also be key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining the organization's social media and online content platforms including Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, and blog management.
  • Designing and executing high impact campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of the organization.
  • Coordinating the organization's public relation plans including local media content and outreach to deliver stories of the organization's services.
  • Proactively generating ways to advance the organization's brand in industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, and conference participation.
  • Continuously learning about social media trends, new social media tools, and trends in digital marketing.
  • Monitoring social media analytics and KPIs and providing reports of growth and other activity.
  • Analyzing and reporting on marketing campaign performance, with an iterative view toward improvement.
  • Organizing and cataloging all marketing photos.
  • Thinking creatively and independently.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
  • 2-3 years' experience in social media, marketing, and community outreach.
  • 2-3 years' experience in creating and managing social media platforms.
  • Documented track record of designing and executing successful campaigns across social media channels.
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, X, and other digital ad exchanges/social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop, Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of CMS (Content Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to function independently.
  • Ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions.
  • US work authorization (Required).
  • Must have your own computer and high-speed internet.
