About the position

Active Release Techniques® (ART®) is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in our mission to be the first choice for soft-tissue care and to promote healthy, active lifestyles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on digital strategies that drive engagement and results. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of both paid and organic digital marketing channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives against set deadlines. Your strategic planning skills will be essential as you collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and stay current with digital best practices. You will also help build and maintain an annual content strategy that drives engagement and builds the ART community. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will set up and optimize paid digital accounts, manage budgets and timelines, and make data-driven improvements to campaigns. Reporting will be a key aspect of your role, as you will prepare digital reports and dashboards against set strategies and KPIs, utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics to assess channel performance and recommend investment strategies. Additionally, you will provide general marketing support for other initiatives and projects as needed, such as tradeshow coordination and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and digital marketing approaches.
  • Help to build and maintain an annual content strategy that drives engagement and builds/retains the ART community.
  • Set up and optimize paid digital accounts within platforms to effectively manage campaigns, monitor performance, manage budgets and timelines efficiently, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare digital reports/dashboards against set strategies and KPIs, utilizing analytics tools to identify channel performance and recommend investment.
  • Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, such as tradeshow coordination and event planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a solid understanding of paid and organic media.
  • Proven experience using reporting platforms to ensure appropriate tagging and setup for analysis and channel attribution.
  • Prior agency or brand-side experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing digital platforms including DSPs, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Digital media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, who proactively problem-solves.
  • HubSpot and ZoomInfo experience a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with attribution modeling.
  • Familiarity with alignment B2B and direct sales strategies.
