About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Rockhard Tools is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic. This role is essential for acquiring leads and customers through strategic digital marketing initiatives across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Plan and manage budget allocation for digital marketing efforts to ensure cost-effective spending and optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for different digital platforms.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage SEM campaigns and optimize them to achieve desired KPIs.
  • Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML/XML and web development principles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
